Chaplaincy Program

We have a Chaplain at Cardinia Primary School, two days a week, as a part of our well-being team. The Chaplaincy program is designed for all students to be able to access support when they feel they need to. Parents and teachers can refer children to the chaplain for support with self-esteem, emotional regulation, grief, or any other issues.

Our Chaplain, Cherida, will help the children think through their problems and how to deal with them in a positive way.

Cherida is approachable and ready to listen. She also runs well-being programs for students as needed; for example, programs in dealing with anxiety, social/friendship issues, siblings of those with disabilities. Cherida always does the best she can to support students and families in our school!

If you have any questions or would like more information about the Chaplaincy program please ask at our office.
